A seasonal cake made with British cherries. A lemon yoghurt sponge with cherry stirred in. Topped with a lovely lemon butter cream and drizzled with homemade cherry compote dotted with fresh cherries and finished with a sprinkle of toasted almonds.
Made with only plant-based ingredients. This available all week - please just give 2 days notice - order and we can discuss any timings and requirements.
Serves 8/10 slices approximately - depending on how big you like your cake slice!
